Do you take orders over the phone?

Yes, we can take your order over the phone. There are customers that call us all the time to give us their information and order over the phone, since they are uncomfortable using computers for online purchases. You can reach us anytime at 1-928-295-5746.

How do I know I will like the finished certificate?

Our business prioritizes customer satisfaction. We spend quality time with each customer through phone calls and emails to get all the information needed to create an outstanding certificate.

We also e-mail our customers with the finished design. After the certificate design has been approved by our customer, it will be shipped in a high-quality certificate folder or in an elegant certificate plaque.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel before the certificate production and receive a full refund minus PayPal transaction fees of 2%. If you cancel after the certificate has been designed and before being shipped, then there will be an 80% refund, which will include shipping costs. We very seldom receive cancellations since we prioritize customer satisfaction, we have integrity in our business practices, and only use high quality products for our certificates. 

There is no space to put personalized certificate information in my order?

Once we receive your order, we will respond by the next day with an email or phone call to request additional information for your order. We will create a personalized design for your certificate.

If you do not receive any communications the day after ordering, please give us a call at 1 (928) 295-5746. We will be happy to verify your order information and get your information to create a professional personalized certificate design. 

What is the time-frame for receiving my certificate purchase?

Please allow 3-5 business days for communication and production to create a personalized designed certificate of service. It really depends on how many orders we are currently working on and how quickly we receive back the information needed for the design. But we try to have a finished certificate design in your email by this time and to have your approval to ship.

Once the certificate has been shipped, you will be notified in an email with the tracking number and the estimated date of delivery. I primarily ship through USPS priority mail which delivers within 3-5 days throughout the United States.

Please expect that there will be an extra week needed for larger orders of 50 to 500 certificates for veteran appreciation events. This is a large job for our small team and so we will need more time to design, print, and put certificates in individual folders, and pack in larger boxes for shipment. We will be in communication with you throughout the entire process until the certificates are in your hand.

How long have you been in business?

Our business was started by a merchant marine veteran named Cory J. Matthews. He said that when he received his military issued certificate of service, he was not impressed and didn't even want to display it on his wall. He created this business with a professional graphic artist named Kathleen Redman and for the past sixteen years, she has been creating these high-quality professional military designed certificates of service.

Unfortunately, Cory J. Matthews is no longer with us. You can read his bio on the About Us page. He passed away with health complications over two years ago. He was very proud of this business and what had been accomplished. He enjoyed going to veteran lodges to socialize with other veterans, share military stores, and brag about our certificates of honor. He was so proud to be able to give our military men and women the honor they deserve for their sacrifice and service. We are continuing to follow his vision and accomplish the mission to "give honor to whom honor is due."
