Do you take orders over the phone?

How do I know I will like the finished certificate?

Our business prioritizes customer satisfaction. We carefully design each certificate in Adobe Photoshop and use high quality images, powerful messages, and create incredible certificates.

We have never had a customer say that they didn't like their finished certificate design, but if you have any concerns, please reach out to us, so we can make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order before we design your certificates. We would be happy to give you a full refund minus bank processing fees. We very seldom receive cancellations since we prioritize customer satisfaction, we have integrity in our business practices, and only use high quality designs for our certificates. 

What is the time-frame for receiving my certificate purchase? 

For all purchased personalized, download, and printable certificates through Corjl, please expect to receive your certificates in your email from Corjl within 10 minutes. These are automatically sent. Please check your spam folder as well. If for any reason, you don't see your purchased certificate order, please call me at 928-295-5746, so I can fix the issue. Thanks!!

For professionally designed, printed, and shipped certificates please give us 2-3 days to process your certificate order, print, package and ship your certificate. Shipping through FEDEX overnight ships in 2-3 days throughout the United States. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your payment, a confirmation email regarding your shipment, and we will be communicating with you throughout the process to make sure your certificates are satisfactory.

How long have you been in business?

Our business was started by a merchant marine veteran named Cory J. Matthews. He said that when he received his military issued certificate of service, he was not impressed and didn't even want to display it on his wall. He created this business with a professional graphic artist named Kathleen Redman and for the past twenty-five years, she has been creating these high-quality professional military designed certificates of service.

Unfortunately, Cory J. Matthews is no longer with us. You can read his bio on the About Us page. He passed away with health complications over two years ago. He was very proud of this business and what had been accomplished. He enjoyed going to veteran lodges to socialize with other veterans, share military stories, and brag about our certificates of honor. He was so proud to be able to give our military men and women the honor they deserve for their sacrifice and service. We are continuing to follow his vision and accomplish the mission to "give honor to whom honor is due."
